Font Lists

It would be very helpful, if we were able to see the font example directly in the list. This would help select the font more efficiently. Now we have to select every single font to check out if it fits.

Here's an example: My suggestion is only to use the font name ( or even the text you typed in ) with the applied font.

+1 and in big enough font. Actually being able to tailor the font list would be a way to make writing faster instead of showing all available fonts on the machine.

It's PITA to go through the fonts.
I'd also like the ability to pick the next one with the arrow key, instead of having to open the drop down every time.

This is a must have for any program that offers font selection. Building software in 2017 without it is much like building a car without seat belts.

C'mon BMD, get these little things right.

I use NexusFonts to choose my fonts. This free software also lets me manage and organize my fonts the way I like it.

+1 Good idea

+1 Absolutely necessary

+1 Thank you! This is obvious.

As a workaround it's a good idea, but I think Blackmagic should offer a better usability.

Some nice anti-aliasing on the text would be nice too.

Yes please, and to be able to change the font on the fly with arrow keys to see how it affects the actual title. I think maybe the Titler has been put on the backburner for the last couple years.

Me too. Being able to see how the font looks while looking at the list could make things much faster.
