I want to report that a bug introduced in Beta 7 (I believe) still exists in the final release.
Steps to reproduce.
1. Go to View and uncheck Enable 2D Timeline Scroll (Seems weird this is on by default, as it disables the very frequently used horizontal scrolling.)
2. On the Edit page, hit Home.
3. Use mouse wheel in timeline.
Expected result: Mouse wheel will scroll timeline horizontally.
Actual result: Mouse wheel does nothing.
Corrective Action.
1. Grab bottom scroll bar and move slightly to the right.
2. Scroll wheel now works normally.
