This is becoming beyond frustrating as 12.5 Studio runs like butter on my Windows 10 PC build. I've reached out to the forum here with no success in the past. Getting near the end of my rope. I sincerely DO NOT KNOW what else I can do. The last session of forum exchanges, customer service stopped responding.
PLEASE help me get to the bottom of this, as I believe in the tool and want to use it.
Here is my situation:
Opening Resolve 14 typically ends with the splash screen loading and then, simply, going away. Upon simultaneously running Task Manager, it doesn't "stop responding" or display that it is running. It disappears from Task Manager as if it were never opened. The farthest I've EVER gotten is the project selection menu, which ends with the same result, "disappearing". The forum has had me submit several logs, rolling back drivers, changing the functioning settings of Resolve and reporting back with several logs and I'm still hanging loose.
