Atomos Shogun Inferno Workflow

I've got a bunch of 2k and 4k Cinema Dng files recorded on a Atomos Shogun Inferno - each clip is captured in 1 x image folder containing Cinema DNG file and 1 x audio folder containing a single WAV.
1. I can import those into Media Pool
2. I can sync these on a DaVinci timeline
3. I can make Pro res Proxies with XML
4. When I import the XML the Pro res clips have no sound and I get an "inconsistency in the file structure of XXXX.Wav"
Any ideas?
Also for our good Second System audio - I'm trying to import some Wav files recorded on Zoom Recorder but they are not showing up in Media Pool.
Using latest DaVinci Studio 14.1.1.005.
The WAV files ar 48Khz 24Bit
