Micro panel issue

Just picked up a micro panel today. Everything works as it should, except the gamma ball and ring. They just don’t work. Tried different computers (MacBook Pro and iMac 5k, both 2017 machines) tried different USB ports and hubs. Reinstalled davinci studio 14, but no difference. I’m about to give up... Did i but a broken device or did i overlook something? Anybody having the same problem?

There were some scattered reports of disconnected (or bad solder joints) in trackballs and gain controls. I would have your dealer swap it out for a replacement and try the replacement.

Thanks! Today i picked up another unit and this one works fine. So, it was a broken panel. I’ll be returning that one next week.
