Lower 3rd stroke not working?

On every machine that I've used Resolve on (a mix of Win and Mac) the Lower 3rd title generator applies the stroke only on the bottom line, but not the top one. For now I've started to use the normal title generator, that lets me apply the stroke everywhere I want and use different formats by lines, but it's time consuming and I have to realign the title on the frame. Am I missing a "Save as preset" or I just got to go the long way? At least a fix for the stroke would be something.

OK, so I'm not going crazy - this is still the case in Resolve 16, which is nuts

The basic Lower 3rd titles are seriously flawed and have never been fixed. The background goes OVER the 2nd line of text!
