Saving and re-using titles

I have Resolve 14.2. Is there a way to save a title so that I can re-use it? For example, if I create a lower-third title format, I'd like to save it and re-use it so that they look consistent. For that matter, are there any title templates that can be used to create some spiffier titles and lower-thirds? If there are, I haven't found them.

Drag it from the timeline into the Power Bin.

is it a "smart Bin "you mean ? what is a "Power bin "? I can see the Power grade albums. I cannot drag from Edit page into the Color page. plz explain to me

View menu.. show power bins.. you will see them in the media pool
