Faulting module ntdll.dll crash

DaVinci keeps crashing, even after the latest update. I tried reformatting my PC, reinstalling Win10 Pro from scratch, with no other apps, no AV, etc. Pure clean OS, and the software still crashes. It is the only app that crashes on my PC. Other editing apps like Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro never have crashed on me. This is frustrating me, since I bought several courses to learn DaVinci and plan to take the certification exam soon. But with all these crashes, it is taking forever to get through my learning projects.

Can someone help me identify the cause of DaVinci Resolve crashing on my workstation?

In event viewer, under the App log, it always creates this error:

So I changed the Compatibility Mode to Windows 8. This has seemed to make it more stable.

I am getting the same error too.
Switching to compatibility mode for windows 8 didn't help me.

I have exactly the same problem.
However it only crashes when I try to insert a Title onto the Timeline.
Video clips, sound clips all work fine but as soon as I place a Title after 2 seconds the program shuts down.
I have tried Version 15, 16 and 16 Beta, same problem.
I have checked the my drive for errors, done a full SFC, malware scan etc. all other programs work fine, only Resolve has a problem.

My system maybe under powered but I'm only doing the basic lessons at this stage.

I found some other threads dealing with this issue and found the answer was to update the Radeon video driver. After the update the problem did not reoccur.
