transitions are green and jumpy after rendering

Ok so i am new to editing, I am editing 4k video from a dji mavic. I am using a Dell Inspiron 15 7000 with davinci resolve 14. I edited a quick video and had the transitions looking good fading in and out in the program. I rendered it as a 4k youtube video. when i went to go play it the first transition is great and then everyone after that flashes green and is jumpy.

any suggestions on what went wrong with the rendering??
