Intensity Pro 4K Audio Capture NOT working with Resolve

I am new to this card, but I am very disappointed.
The card either does not record the audio, or records it very "weird" or records nothing at all.
With Resolve 14.3 (and latest drivers): it stops recording after less than 1 second, giving me "missing frames error" (even if source is at 1080p 60fps and the capture setting too).
With Media Express: it records video well, but audio (does not matter whether 5.1 or 2.0) is recorded accelerated (something like 300%...and there is no way to slow it down and have a "working" audio, even if I correct for the pitch).
With Adobe Premiere 2018: card is recognized and selected in the various Premiere menù, but then when I try "Capture" it says device is "offline".
I will now try to sell it on eBay, even if I am disappointed to have spent 200 USD for something useless....I should have bought the Elgato 4K....much more expensive, but probably worth it...
