Unable to see R3D footage

Hey All,

I'm having a issue with seeing r3d files in Resolve 12.5. I can't update to 14.3 because the company computer OS will not allow me to and they will not update it. The computer is a Mac Pro OSX 10.8.5, 2x 2.66 GHz Xeon, 12GB RAM, ATI Radeon HD 5770. I can see the Apple ProRes Proxy files just fine. Thank you for your help in advance

Is this system wide? Can you play R3D files from the red player or RedcineX?
Your OS is quite old... maybe you're missing some Red installer somewhere?

Your GPU is underpowered and old and that might be one of the reasons.
