Fusion/Text use constantly crashes

Ive tried now several times to use the text functions and/or the Fusion function and both eventually crash DR15. I realize its beta so im not going to pitch a fit. Just really want to get to know this system and replace Vegas.

My specs: i7 4770 3.5ghz 32 gigs of ram, windows 10 creators edition, Geforce 770 gpu, asus Z97 MB

Anything i can do to resolve this?

This is a beta. If you don't provide logs to the developers, your reports are meaningless.

i had to remove the dumpfile as it was 80 megs and resulted in a timeout and it exceeds the 1mb limit

so in accordance with the posting rules...

the crashes happen sporadically, my last effort was to simply key the text scale from small to large but after clicking the keypoint adder in the controls it crashes
