BUG: The Duplicate tool is missing!

The Fusion page is missing the Duplicate tool.
I'm just saying to make sure it doesn't fall through the cracks.
It's one of the most important tools in Fusion.
And: Hasn't that happened before? I thought Fusion 8 or 9 was also missing the Duplicate tool for a while...

The 2d Duplicate tool is a 3rd-party Fuse. It's never been part of a default Fusion install. Not sure why; it seems like an obvious sort of thing to have in the base toolset.

edit: At present, I think that Fuses aren't officially supported in DaVinci, but it can't hurt to copy the Duplicate Fuse out of your Fusion 9 install into Resolve and see if it works. I've only tried it with MultiMerge so far, and that one is broken.

Umm...yes it is! I recently re-installed Fusion 9 and I did not add the Duplicate tool myself. It's just there. I also went through my Fuses folder on my external drive and it's not there. If I had downloaded it as a third party fuse, it should be there. I also found an older forum topic that confirmed my statement.
In the Beta phase Fusion 8, the duplicate fuse was not integrated in Fusion. It was in a separate "developer" folder from where you could copy it into another folder to use it in Fusion. And that's also what I did back then.

I found it in Fusion 9 here:
C:\Program Files\Blackmagic Design\Fusion 9\Fuses\Blackmagic

Yeah, Duplicate (2D) has been a part of Fusion since 5.3. It and others will return once we've had more time to ensure they work properly.

Hmm… My mistake. I was sure that was one that I'd had to install myself. Should look at my installation before shooting my mouth off. :?
