UPDATE
One issue I kept having was that after using both system uninstall and and even a 3rd party uninstall. I kept getting a "You already have a newer version installed" That's why I kept having to go to Regedit on my Windows and manually finding Resolve fragments that I found and had to remove. The ones I was removing were mentioned by a similar thread I found about someone having the same issue with a version of Resolve 14 beta in the past.
Yesterday I decided to do another clean install... Deleted Everything I could find on my system related to Resolve. Then I spent and hour or so Searching "Blackmagic" in my Regedit. I found a lot more than what was recommended in the Fix Resolve 14 beta thread. I also ran a third party Regedit again to be sure. (By the way if anyone has the same issue please be extremely careful with your Registry. You can do some damage there if you start deleted the wrong things. Do at your own risk)
After doing this I rebooted my system and installed the beta 15 again, and now I have Resolve 15 beta running.
So I believe that Maybe I had a bad version of Resolve 14 uninstaller from the past and it wasn't removing Resolve 14 properly from my system leaving conflicting residue elements in my system's Registry.
I really wish Windows had a better tool to clean out residue elements from the registry... There is all kinds of old crap there that even 3rd party tools cleaning tools leave behind. There should at least be a search for all feature, not just the "Find all" which is one element at a time.
