Hello,
I'm testing the new internal CMU functions as well as the IMF workflow. I'm using a Mac Pro with Soreson PCIE expand box and a Decklink 4K extreme, Resolve 15 beta1.
Here're my questions:
1. How to preview the target images (100nit 709 for example) with a Decklink 4K extreme?
2. Can target image be output from the HDMI port on the Decklink 4K extreme with DoVi metadata?
3. The MXF file inside the IMF package rendered directly from Resolve equals to DoVi mezzanine?
4. I found Resolve can edit either the IMF package or the stand-alone DoVi mezzanine mxf. Can we QC them with Resolve instead of CM_Offline or Transkoder? My guess is not. Because Resolve cannot edit the DoVi metadata in sync. Correct?
5. I haven’t test the secondaries in the trim control panel because I have no HDR monitors at this time. Looks there are more controls to the target image. Do they work well? Can this controls be mapped to any color panels?
