Render Cache takes shows title media offline

I've been able to use titles recently. However, the last couple of days, they eventually become shown as "Media Offline".

Figured it out today. If I have Playback Render Cache set to "Smart" or "User", it will show the titles as "Media Offline" after the title, the video on the track below shows up just fine.

Once I turned off any Media Cache, the problem has gone away. But, it is something that should be addressed and fixed.
