Not at once... You could have the space ready in Source and quickly
Insert Edit it in between every cut.
You could also select all cuts on one side only with Selection tool and Cmnd/Ctrl pressed, then with the "," key remove a few frames from all starts/ends of your cuts... at once.. sort of.

Select all cuts using
Trim tool (T) and dragging around them.
Hit Cmnd/Ctrl + T to add transition to all.
