Error while Starting, cant find .exe

Hey,

I hope there is not another post with the same content, but I can't find one.
Every time I try to start Resolve I get an error message:
"The Procedure entry "clEnqueueMarkerWithWaitList" cannot be found in DLL C:\Program Files\Blackmagic Desing\Davinci Resolve\Resolve.exe "

Does anyone know what I can do?

Try uninstalling and then power down then restart and re-instal.

This sounds like what often happens with Windows 7. What Windows version are you using? Win10 is the minimum supported.

I already reinstalled it.
I use Win 8.1
