MediaOut fixed length

Let's say that I want to load two clips and make a fancy transition between them.
It's not a kind of transition I might find in Video Transitions effects.
So if I go to Fusion tab I can see only one clip. If I load another one into this composition I can't make more space for it because MediaOut length is fixed with length of the first clip.
Any solution to this?
