Operating System
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i7 4770K @ 3.50GHz 38 °C
Haswell 22nm Technology
RAM
32.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. Z87X-UD4H-CF (SOCKET 0) 30 °C
Graphics
Intel HD Graphics 4600 (Gigabyte)
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 (EVGA) 36 °C
ForceWare version: 388.13
SLI Disabled
Audio
Realtek High Definition Audio

I have the program installed and it works for the most part. However, when I open the Color tab there is no video playback in the program monitor, my external monitor or in the scopes. I cannot tell what my adjustments look like as far as color changes are concerned. Also as it plays in color the timeline it is about 1 frame per second.

In the Fairlight tab there are no audio clips present on the timeline. I can see the clips on the Edit tab but not in Fairlight.

A Resolve Diagnostic Log would be helpful:

viewtopic.php?f=32&t=71894

If ForceWare 388.13 is the NVIDIA driver version, try the current 391.35 version of the driver.

If you have the scopes displayed, select Info instead.

Also try setting Project Settings - Master Settings - Video Monitoring - Video Bit Depth to 8 bit to see if that makes any difference.

Here are a couple of screen grabs that show what I mean.

If you turn Dual Screen mode off, does that make a difference?

I just had a chance to turn the dual screen off, but the video still does not show up in the viewer window.

I just updated my graphics cards drivers. Selected info as you suggested and change from 10 bit to 8 bit and the results are the same

Any chance of getting a Resolve diagnostic log file?

Every time I try to upload the log file the forum I get the error message:
"This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET"

Do I need to unzip the file?

Go into your system BIOS, Peripherals tab, and disable Internal Graphics.

If you have a display on the mobo graphics connector, move it to the 760 card.
