Resolve 15 keeps crashing on "looking for control surface" o

Please help, my davinci resolve keeps crashing on the startup always when it is at "looking for control surface"

Hello, thanks for your reply.

I've already read that thread, I can't view the exact Davinci version because Resolve does not open to allow me to click on "About Davinci Resolve" all I can tell you is that it's version 15.

I've added all my computers OS version, hardware and specs as well as a .spx file.

All I have to do to reproduce the problem is try to open Resolve. The program crashes before is finishes opening. As I said in my original post, it crashes at the point when it's "Looking For Control Surfaces"
