Error message from log.. latest update

Received this error message in the new log window.. any suggestions what caused it?

MediaOut1 cannot get Parameter for Input at time 69364

I just received this error message too. There are 4 instances of it.
"MediaOut1 cannot get Parameter for Input at time 2804"
