Fusion - Possible to view only frames of the current shot?

I'm really not liking the timeline UI change from Fusion standalone to Resolve Fusion. I really hope that they put the timeline back at the bottom of the screen, so it can be bigger and less obtrusive.

Another thing about it that is driving me nuts is -- Is there some kind of way to view only the frames of the current shot being worked on, instead of viewing all the frames of the entire Sequence timeline? I can't really think of a case where I would want to see all the timeline frames when I'm working on a shot, but at least the ability to toggle between one or the other is a must.

Have you downloaded Beta 2 yet? If I understand you correctly, that's been changed already. In either case, you can "zoom in" the Timeline by dragging the teeny-tiny, all-but-invisible dots at the ends of the grey bar that separates the timeline from the shuttle controls. I don't see any way to enter an exact frame number, though.

I also don't see any way to set a render range. If you right-click the Timeline there is an option "Set render range…", but as far as I can tell it doesn't do anything. Then again, I'm not sure how that would interact with the Timeline.

Ah ok, yeah I see that to be able to zoom in.

It would be great if there was a way to just zoom in perfectly to the shot range with a single command. And better yet, if it could be set as a default preference.

It seems though that when working in the keyframe editor it's still showing you all the frames of the entire duration of the timeline, and not just the current clip?

You can set the render range by clicking and dragging the vertical yellow line at the end of the timeline. It seems that if you leave the Fusion tab and go to the Edit tab, then back to the Fusion tab that you would have to reset the render range again. Hopefully this behavior will change in future beta releases.
