How to enable hardware acceleration for h.264 video?

The use of Da Vinci clips in low-end computers is a headache. Video decoding is inefficient. How to enable video acceleration for h.264 encoded video?
Who can help me? :(

Davinci resolve 15.0b2，| windows pro 10 (1709) | cpu: i7-6700 | GPU: GTX 750 TI | RAM: DDR4 2400mhz 16G

Hardware acceleration requires the Studio version and a qualified GPU with at least 3GB (last time the staff mentioned it, anyway).

Transcode the h.264 footage to DNxHD/HR or Prores.
