How to? Snap to markers while in Colour page

Question for the hive mind:

The snap-to works well with markers on the timeline in the EDIT page. Markers I make either in EDIT or COLOUR move between pages but I can't seem to get the time indicator to snap-to the markers when in the COLOUR page. Is there an option or menu hidden somewhere that would enable that behavior?

v15, shift down arrow works.
Not sure on v14 though

Thank Peter, that works. Just odd that the snap-to behavior goes away on the colour page.
