Crashed dragging between timelines. How to restore?

I was dragging two clips between timelines. Resolve crashed. When I restarted it, the timeline I was dragging from was empty. The backup directory contains the files in the screenshot. How can I restore from the latest one? Do I need to rename it? Thanks.

OK. I've found it. You have to right-click on the project in the Project Manager panel.
