OpenFX Error

At the startup of DR, I get this message OpenFX plugins have been disabled due to error when loading.
Please click on the OpneFX button in the Color page to re-enable them.
When I do this in the Color Page nothing happens, but when I click on it a second time I get the message DaVinci Resolve is not responding and would shut down. This happens 14.3 and 15, Any suggestions?

Which are the installed OFX (Publisher other than BMD)?
Which OS? which version? Which source clip? (? ...)

It is working now. I think what happened was because it was a new install I did not give the plugins enough time to load the first time and was think I was turning them on and I was really turning them off. After the first time, the NewBlue Fx are present.
