On Windows, you can't install an older version, or the same version, of Resolve, without uninstalling the current version first (you can install newer versions without uninstalling first).
You do that in the Windows Programs and Features Control Panel, but right clicking DaVinci Resolve, and selecting Uninstall.
This will not impact any current databases or projects, aside from the fact that if you install an older version of Resolve, it may not work with projects and databases used in newer versions of Resolve.
This is why you should always back up Resolve databases and important projects before installing newer Resolve software, so you can go back to a previous version, if needed for some reason.
