Resolve Fusion tab / Loader functions missing?

Fusion needs a "Loader Node" like the standalone version to add textures, images etc. The "Media In" does not add anything just an empty node with the name of to intended media.
Resolve Studio, Fusion Studio, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Cinema 4D
MacOS Mojave 10.14.6

Agreed.

And limiting the input to the timeline resolution is a huge workflow limitation.
