no sound on clip after render

I am new to resolve, but found it pretty easy to get started. I edited a video of clips together and made a few slices and during "Edit" mode everything plays and works correctly.

After render on a specific portion of a clip it never plays audio. I tried rendering in different formats and tried to move clips and audio to different "tracks" and still that section never plays audio.

I am on Windows 10. Thanks for any help.

Could it be that you have individual clips activated and your source has no audio?

Mark In to Out on the Deliver TL instead, it should render with audio.

I also just started using Davinci Resolve and really don't know much about it. But I'm having a similar issue with sound. I have a video that's about 4 hours long, with multiple clips. About halfway through (between one clip and another), the sound pans solely to the right, and then eventually cuts out completely. It only comes back for about the last 8 minutes with two short clips. Any suggestions?

All I can say is check the settings. Mine was in fact a user error. Sorry I can't help more.
