Edit Page Feature Request: Roll edit uses selection.
Posted: Tue May 08, 2018 5:03 amI have been trying to do more editing in DaVinci Resolve and am constantly blown away at how far it has come in the last couple of years.
There are a couple of things that I am still struggling with the function of and one of those things is the function of rolling while the selection tool is enabled. I find the most of the time when I am editing I have the selection tool enabled. And I can't understand why the roll functions of the selection tool would not roll all selected tracks. I know you can ctrl click to select additional tracks and I know I could switch to the trim edit mode but I think it would be great if the roll edit in the selection mode affected all selected tracks.
(As with anything DaVinci if there is a way to enable this that I am missing someone please let me know!)
