In/Out Cmd Xing clips should follow selected clips

In/Out Cmd Xing clips should follow selected clips, not whatever clip is highest on the timeline. Right now there is no quick way to select in/out of of a clip already placed in the the timeline.

That function follows the timeline track Auto-Select toggles, not the selected clip.
