AAF Render Export Fail (PLEASE HELP URGENT PROJECT DUE)

I am exporting an XML from Premier Pro (up to date as of 5-9-18) to my external hard drive.
I then import that footage into DaVinci Resolve to color grade it.
Then, I export the AAF to my external hard drive where I import it back into Premier Pro where it gives me the colored individual clips AND most IMPORTANT a colored timeline sequence.
THIS is the typical workflow, I have however whenever I try to export as an AAF now I get this message:
COM operation failed HRESULT DaVinci resolve
