Fusion still image not playing more than one frame

Although the logo I imported (default 1 frame for stills) on my timeline is stretched to 7 seconds, I can't play the animated paint stroke.
Play does not react at all.

Am I missing something here or is it bug in Resolve 15?

Just put a Timespeed node after the static image and set the speed to 0.
