Manually Syncing Audio and Video in Davinci 15

Hello all!

I am a complete beginner to Davinci - after hearing good things about the updates in 15 I decided to download it and give it a whirl. But I'm having trouble doing the most basic things, ie:

I am trying to sync a RED clip (without audio) with a separate 4-channel .wav file. Everything I've found online has been for older versions of Davinci - where apparently there was a simple link button. But I'm having no luck finding such a thing in the current version.

What am I missing?

That simple link button is located in the browser at your right side on the audio panel and in the audio waveform tab...
