I am already working through a R14 tutorial in R15 and other then a few minor things I have been able to figure out how to do every thing I needed to move through the tutorial.

However I am thinking about signing up for the PluralSite Course on color grading but it was recorded using D12. Are the UI's close enough that, with a little work, I can figure out how to do the things that are shown for D12 for D15?

Depends. If you do a lot of audio work, I'd go for a newer course. Rippletraining comes to my mind.

There is signifiant UI and feature difference between v12 and v15.
If its fundamentals of color correction, the class is potentially ok.
If its use of Resolve, you should seek an up to date class when they are available for v15.

Thank you. From the description it appears to mostly be about color correction and some editing tasks. So I may just take the chance on it. It's only $29 for a month of courses so if it turns out to be too hard to make the transition I can switch to a different subject.
