Razor tool not working Beta 2

Hi there,

I'm unable to select or use the Razor tool by selecting the icon or the shortcut key (B) is anybody else having this issue?

Windows10
DR Beta2
GTX1080ti

Yes,

Select the tool and position the mouse at the desired location. Then left click with the mouse.
Or position the playhead where you want and press CTRL + B

It's not working at all on my system, the icon is highlighted but the arrow cursor doesn't change to the razor icon, it appeared for about a split second and then reverted back to the arrow icon. Seems to be a bug on my system BMD!
