Delivery - as individual clips issue

If I make changes to a clip , eg : reverse direction , speed ramp , etc and render out as individual clips then none of the changes reflect in the export.

If I render out as one long single clip then the changes reflect in the export.

iOS operating system
Rendering out h264 to pro res 422HQ 1920 x 1080

Thanks

This is how the program works. When you render individual clips they are left without those effects because the idea is that you are using them to round trip and will apply those things in the NLE you are round tripping back to.

So if I wish to render as individual clips and still retain speed ramps , reverse direction etc , then I should select render as a single clip .But choose the in and out point for each clip and add each to render que individually.

Would this be the correct work around?

Whilst I use the round trip to NLE all the time I can absolutely see the use of having ‘flattened’ individual clips - with the resultant xml/aaf stripped of the effects that are baked in.

Worth adding to the v16 request list?

I am having trouble imagining a scenario where this behavior would be helpful. Would you care to enlighten?
