Thunderbolt 3 + Blackmagic Drivers/Apps = BLUE SCREEN

Hi,

anyone who can share possible solutions.

Ref. DaVinci Resolve Workstation (Dual Xeon / Windows 10 Pro X64 1803)

Asus WS C621E SAGE + Asus ThunderboltEX 3 card
using UltraStudio MiniMonitor + Startech TB3 to TB-2 converter

1-The device is recognized correctly
2- Media Express works well
3-Resolve, works well.

Now,

Using the UltraStudio 4K Extreme 3 (using TB cable 40G)

1- The system detects the device well

But,

2- when opening Media Express, only a few seconds later = BLUE SCREEN

3- Open RESOLVE, a new project, a new Timeline, with single & short clip PLAY = BLUE SCREEN

Any idea, solution ... ???

Note: Used 3 different versions of Desktop Video
(see 10.10 / 10.9.12 / 10.911)

Same problem = BLUE SCREEN
