If background caching or auto cache transitions/composites/fusion is enabled - caching renders can start during delivery output renders.

During delivery renders Resolve thinks user activity has timed out and starts Also rendering background cache - causing dropped frames or WHEA on the delivery render.

Thumbnail generation on the delivery page can also happen during delivery render if clips view is enabled, Also potentially causing dropped frames or at least slowing delivery render.

Please provide full system and OS details as I don’t see these issues

Win10, I updated my signature with my primary system specs. I'll upload most recent logs with crash to the WHEA thread

an additional clue -during delivery render, when the timeline reaches a point in the timeline where there is cached material - the gui screen flashes for a second - looks like its switching to the windows desktop and back - and rendering pauses briefly. use render cache is disabled on the render output setting. Cache is always set to DNXHR444
