Reuse set of effects or export or make template

This is My first post, ill try to be clear.
I've just started wirh DResolve and I am planning on doing youtube videos for starters (1080p 60 fps footage).
Now, I'm working in an intro which is Titles animated over the recorded footage:
1- How can I save de Title FX track for reuse?
2- It will be locked to 60 fps projects?
3- If there is no way YET, should i do a template project, start with this project with the TITLE FX and then save as... different project?
Finally and cause i dont want to double post:
4- Can I export mp4 with these specs (1080p/60 fps)?
5- when importing footage should use RAW BIG files or use samaller procesed by VLC for example (1/4 size)?
