b4 not opening on iMac

Playing with 15b1 on my desktop MacPro is fine and then installed b4 and all is ok.
On my iMac at home 15b1 opens up but when I go to b4 it refuses to even open.

I have totally deleted all software reinstalled b1 and that worked then installed b4 and it still will not open.
Hopefully someone can help.
