I tried manipulating a spline by scaling the timing, but couldn't find the time fields, until I made the spline view really large, then they popped up. In contrast, the less useful buttons are *always* visible.
IMO this should be the other way around.
The time/value fields in the spline view should always be visible, because they're the best way to
accurately set/off-set or scale the time and/or values of animated splines.
