Tried 15 beta 4 and 14.3 not working

Tried 14.3 and 15 beta 4

Windows 10 version 1803 1 GTX 1080Ti intel 600P m.2 SSD

it wont open after they give you a tour around the new features after that it just pops up this message

when i try to reopen it it does nothing at all , when i restart and open it again it does the same thing help

Resolve doesnt open at all...

@Jackie: Your crashing is being caused by igdrclneo64.dll.
