problems using a tablet

One has to precisely hit the point to move it and it can take 3 tries.
Miss it and it creates and unwanted extra point on the mask.
Bezier handles are very difficult to adjust.
These issues have been with all 15 beta versions.
Windows 10, Wacom Intuos small
BTW its not an issue with the tablet, it works just great in Mocha.
