15b4 Mac - Fusion title issues again

I had been unable to drop fusion titles on a timeline and see or edit them using dual screen on beta1. That was fixed on b2 and b3, but on b4, the Title+ and fusion titles do not function or are editable - they overlay the underlying video as black, and the inspector tab shows no editable fusion elements. In this case, does not seem to be isolated to dual monitor, works same way with single display. Fusion titles created in b3 previously function as intended. Thanks!
