Resolve 15.0b4 crashes while editing

I've been using Resolve 12.5 for a few years now. Love the software.

When trying to run 15 it crashes. I'll get a few edits in and then I get a message that Resolve has stopped working and that it needs to close. When installing it, I first uninstalled 12.5 and deleted all resolve folders. Then installed 15.

My system is Windows 7 64bit fully updated.
HP laptop EleteBook 8570p.
Intel Core i7 3740QM 2.7GHz
16 GB of ram
AMD Radeon HD 7570M - 1 GB GDDR5 SDRAM

Windows 7 is not supported. Upgrade to Windows 10.

While Windows 10 could help, seeing that you are using H.264 files and H.264 support in Windows 7 is not adequate for Resolve 14/15, it seems more likely that your GPU is inadequate.

Resolve 14/15 has higher GPU and VRAM requirements than 12.5. That GPU is barely adequate for 12.5. The 1GB of VRAM is definitely below the minimum required 2GB.

So upgrade to Win10 if you wish, and maybe that will help. But don't be surprised if you have similar issues after upgrading.
