Offline Media problem - DR v15b3 and 15b4

I was working on my project when suddenly some of my clips in edit page became red (on timeline) showing "offline media". These clips have they own audio plus additional audio synced, all showing red right now. Strange thing is that when I try to play it, I can't see that red offline media message in the viewer. Instead viewer is showing black. In the media page all these clips are visible and seems to be absolutely fine.
I'm guessing this might be related to beta version an this king of things can simply happen. Please let me know in case there is any solution to this or at least a workaround.
My setup:
DR 15b4 (15.0.0B.046)
Win10
CPU: i7-4790K
RAM: 32GB
GPU: GTX1070 Ti
