Resolve 15 Face Refinement Glitch

I have been trying the Face Refinement plugin but upon several tests, it always throws the overlay up and to the left of the actual face it is analyzing.
I have tried to plugin on about 10 different shots of faces (all looking forward and almost straight into camera) and the exact same thing happens.
Is there a bug that makes the plugin incorrectly identify where the face should be?
