Why no Decklink audio delay (offset) option in Resolve?

In my studio, I hear audio about 2.5 frames sooner than picture on my projector. Clients are always mentioning sync feels off. Both image and sound are output via SDI via a Decklink Mini Monitor 4K.
I really want to be able to input a software audio delay in the global Resolve preferences to rectify this. Pro Tools makes this dead simple with a menu option.
Better yet, it'd be great to have an audio offset in Desktop Video itself, to ensure sync is compensated for in Premiere as well.
From what I've read on the Internets and from personal experience, it seems like a few frames of video delay are common with Mini Monitors / Ultra Studios. How can there still be no way to adjust this?
